Lovely and excellent setting in the really quiet area, right by Gouves which is predominately a quieter area, and bars. Units with garden view.

This location was quiet and absolutely perfect, near George taverna, and the local restaurants. The staff were hard-working and really helpful throughout our stay;))

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The breakfast spot is cozy, serving freshly cooked dishes with a beautiful bay view.

Drinks expensive, Pleased with the breakfast buffet but also pleased we only had Bed and Breakfast as there were numerous moans about the evening food.

Location was beautiful and staff was great. We visited Skorpios, set only 350 ft away. We could see Cretaquarium from our window. Hotel had a pool.

The location is great, just off Gouves which is a quieter area compared to Heraklion and Hersonissos. Lots of delicious food options. - the pool area is heated.

You dinner at the tholos resturant was not good enough, compared with the price, and snot er small thing!! The juice at the breakfast should be Real juice not mixed with water! , add a small priceincrease and serve a bit higher quality in the food

The location of this hotel is absolutely incredible - right next to the beach! And let me tell you, the pools are stunning! The best part is that it's an adults-only hotel, so there are no families, no children, and no noise to disturb your relaxation. Everything is clean and well maintained, making for a truly enjoyable stay. We had such a great time that we're already planning our next visit!

Very close to the Airport, good parking, clean...

I found one particular member of staff to be very unhelpful. We arrived and had problems with our hire car. Very little assistance was given towards us. It would have been nice if the member of staff could have offered to dial the car hire company etc. On arrival at 3pm we were informed that Knossos ruins close at 5pm, which meant we had to rush there with very little time to relax. On arrival we found out that Knossos is open until 8pm every day. This is something that the hotel should be fully aware of. Also when asking for local food and places to eat, very little was known about the surrounding area. When i go to hotels i expect much better local knowledge. One complaint with the room as in general the rooms are very good.

Location was beautiful, along the seaside with a road behind with authentic tavernas. Hotel has a great layout, nice facilities, large pool and tanning areas. Room I booked shared a pool with two rooms, very nice touch.

From my Greece experience with service, this hotel was better than average for staff helpfulness. The search descriptions for Heraklion returns this hotel, which is actually 19km from the city, so be careful, however was a pleasant treat to visit Kato Gouves. The full breakfast is average, selection and taste were average to poor and both mornings, most hot items were cold. The A/C in the rooms are energy efficient to a point of fair, so difficult to keep your room cool. Also, driving directions on the site are very poor if you are self driving, make sure you have a GPS.

Beautiful design and attention to detail. Stayed in a pool suite room, so did not really use the main pool at all. Room was very spacious and cleaned spotlessly every day

No room service. No a la carte restaurant of an evening

Our room was great, we stayed in an XL which had a large balcony with sunchairs and a great view of the beach. The staff were always very friendly, particularly at the Stone cafe for lunch. The couples only atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.

The location is quite remote, you really need a car for exploring, otherwise be prepared to stay close to the hotel. We stayed for 5 nights, by which time we were a little bored with the food choices, although the buffet was very good.

We had a great experience. the grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the staff was professional and helpful. the facilities were great, the pools were amazing, and the location had restaurants and shops nearby.
